It’s hard to deny what an utter computer geek you are when you consider your new email account to be the zenith of cool. Yup, I’m the proud new owner of a Gmail beta account. And while Gmail doesn’t offer much new functionality, besides one gigabyte of storage space, I can’t help but delude myself into thinking that an account which is not as ubiquitous as a hotmail or yahoo email address makes me somewhat elite.
After all, Gmail accounts are hungrily sought after. There’s a whole website out there for people desperately seeking a Gmail invite. However, I’m nothing if not magnanimous in my coolness, so let me point out the Gmail invite spooler provided by the good folks over at isnoop.net.
Yup, you don’t have to resort to eBay if you desperately want a Gmail account. Even better, once you’re in, you will eventually get Gmail invites of your own to dole out as you see fit.
Although… if you have self-esteem issues, I do recommend hording this information from your friends and asking them to pledge everlasting obeisance before helping them join the club.
This is weird. Here I am, loading up Kavin's website to get his email, to send him one of my gmail invites, and I see that he already has one.
Well, I have 4 that I am willing to give away to people. You don't have to pledge obedience, but some groveling would suffice.

I think Gmail's slogan should be - "Gmail, it hits the...spot!"
