Whenever I hear the chorus to Ring of Fire, I think of one of two predicaments. Sadly, both products of my imagination pertain to bowel afflictions. Yes, that's just how mature I am. Imagine my confusion then when the ??BBC?? reports that "the family of late singer Johnny Cash has blocked an attempt by advertisers to use his hit song Ring of Fire to promote haemorrhoid-relief products." According to Cash's daughter, "the song is about the transformative power of love and that's what it has always meant to me and that's what it will always mean to the Cash children." You mean Ring of Fire was always more than just another cheap excuse for an ass joke? Oh well, atleast nobody can take the ridiculousness of Baby Got Back away from me any time soon.
