In particular, never cook a curry after midnight where you intended on some quickly scrambled eggs and instead decided to pursue a desire to innovate with seemingly random ingredients--lest your resulting concoction end up being some bizarre love child between madras curry powder and over-beaten eggs that threatens every culinary law this side of a prairie oyster.
Consider this a Life Lesson(tm).
